Shipping Information

All orders ship worldwide via FedEx Express only.

Fast and Efficient Delivery:
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 3-5 business days.

Shipping Cost:
Shipping is free worldwide — we cover the shipping cost on every order, no minimum required.

Customs and Import Duties:
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. RugTurkey is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking:
You will receive a FedEx tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your rug arrives damaged or your order does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can open a claim with FedEx and arrange a resolution.
