Shipping policy

RugTurkey ships worldwide via FedEx. Every rug in our collection is a vintage, one-of-a-kind piece — please review the listing photos and measurements carefully before ordering, as each item is unique and cannot be exactly reproduced.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Each rug is inspected, cleaned, and carefully packaged before it leaves our facility.

Carrier
All orders ship via FedEx, with full tracking provided.

Delivery time
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping. International delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Shipping cost
We offer free FedEx shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

Customs and import duties
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. RugTurkey is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking
You will receive a FedEx tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or lost shipments
If your rug arrives damaged or your order does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can open a claim with FedEx and arrange a resolution.
