Return and refund policy

We want you to love your rug. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Return window
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Condition
The rug must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging. Because every piece is a vintage, handwoven item, we are unable to accept returns showing signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage that occurred after delivery.

How to start a return
Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We'll provide return instructions and an address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different rug, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.

Custom / made-to-order items
Rugs or wall hangings made to custom size are final sale and not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
