Return and refund policy

At RugTurkey, we take pride in offering you the finest selection of handmade rugs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is our return policy.

14-Day Return Window:
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact our customer support team within this window to start a return.

Return Process:
Contact our customer support team with your order number. We'll explain the next steps and provide a return address. Once approved, carefully package the rug in its original condition to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping Cost:
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If the return is due to our error — wrong item sent, or the item arrived damaged or defective — we cover the return shipping cost instead.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 2-10 business days.

Exchanges:
If you'd prefer a different rug, our team will gladly help you find a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made and made-to-order items (including custom-size rugs and wall hangings) are final sale and not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Rugs showing signs of use or damage beyond normal wear and tear are also not eligible.
